Build-a-Lot: Mysteries

If you've played the other Build-a-Lot games and enjoyed playing them, you will enjoy this one as well. If you have never played BAL games, this is a good one to start with. Yesterday I was at least able to go to the Journal and pick the higher level I was on but don't have that option today. Mysteries is the main game. It's definitely a new twist on an old favorite! A nice mystery has been added to the storyline. But it sure feels great when I accomplish the goals! I surely don't understand why someone would write a negative review which only reaffirms that they don't like timed games! Definitely one to play for those experienced Build A Lot players! Click on the bottom right tab to order new materials. This one challenged me. I am not a fan of hidden objects games, therefore I look forward to these building games which unfortunately are few and far between these days! What I mean is that this game is not scary but it is as addicting as the rest of the Build A Lot franchise-another great game.

The music helps, as does the clean and quick response to actions. On the other hand, maybe it just seemed easier because I've gotten more skilled! Remember time starts as soon as Mad Mouse level begins, so it's a Mystreies idea to check out the goals first, and then restart the level keeping these goals in mind. So glad they finally made me a new Build-a-Lot: Mysteries game! I only played 4-levels before I decided that I had to purchase the game. I am a beginner at this type of game so I usually have to play a level twice before I get it right. You also have to make sure that Myteries neighborhood is appealing as indicated by a smiley face to achieve this you must paint the houses and Mjsteries can choose the colors, green, blue, purple, red orange and pink. Fun and challenging! Expert Campaign ups the ante and includes 10 extremely challenging levels. This Build-z-Lot: really be Build-a-Lot: Mysteries to complete a level without having to try a new strategy. All of the different type of houses take different amounts of cash and supplies to build. There are fortune tellers to build, and clues to find on the Posh Shop sites. I buy Lost Civilization games for my grandkids, but I got caught up in this series myself ;o The graphics are also improved.

I have been so tired the next morning for work sometimes because I have to try to get to the next level. Some houses need repaired and you must order materials and workers. I'm drawn back to it time and again! Not a game for someone looking for something easy that doesn't require much thought. Some of the houses are owned by other people and when they put them up for sale you can purchase that house for the asking price, if there are a lot of houses up for sale or several of the same kind of house for sale at the same time you can lowball the asking price as well. But it sure feels great when I accomplish the goals! Complete the level while the bar is still in the blue and you will get an expert rating. Personally, I am an experienced player and this additional challenge was exciting and fun, although I would suggest starting at the beginning of the various games as you will enjoy it most. It's very enjoyable. Same as all the previous games, with a cute mystery story line. While there is not much new, I've always loved these games. You will collect rent on houses you own and some houses need painted and you get to choose the color! This can really be hard to complete a level without having to try a new strategy. The tutorial does an excellent job explaining the basics of the game so even a novice first timer will quickly learn how to play. The trick is to build the right type of houses and structures to accomplish Build-a-Lot: Mysteries goal. Good value. This one is awesome, as the colonial house is a remake of Build-a-Lot: Mysteries Amityville horror house. A nice mystery has been added to the storyline.

Keep them coming!! The goal here is actually to buy AND sell houses for a profit. So glad they finally made me a new BaL game!   1. The storyline is not much to talk about but it's not why I play this game. Turning it into a mystery of finding out who or what the paw print belongs to and finding clues as you build, upgrade and turn over houses for a profit.   3. All of the other similar games around look corny when compared. Naturally there are goals given for each level such as building 3 farmhouses or upgrading colonial houses. Unless anyone knows the answer, I will be still trying to play this game when the next edition is made. You need to have your strategy in mind, as there is no time to think about it! The new graphics are stunning and the gameplay is awesome!

I leave it on when playing B-A-L games because it helps me moving faster throughout the game. All of the other similar games around look corny when compared.   6. The trick is to build the right type of houses and structures to accomplish your goal. I am only an average player, so my first attempt was to figure out exactly what I needed to do. This game has been challenging for me and that's why I love it so much.

  8. I love the mystery version Too bad they did not use the Psycho house for the Victorian.   10. I have played them all and this may be the best one in the whole series. Mysteries is the main game. Love the story, the music and even the atmosphere! Unless anyone knows the answer, I will be still trying to play this game when the next edition is made. I am a beginner at this type of game so I usually have to play a level twice before I get it right.
