I love having a female save the day in a Western adventure and I think Shannon and her friend, Red Wolf, will soon have everything ship-shape in a bustling new settlement. When they came across an abandoned town, they knew this was the place they could hang their hats and call home. The one problem is that the game offers interesting facts about the West while the next level loads. The artwork is not spectacular, but cute. You can replay any level as often as you want to earn a better score, and you can play an optional Match 3 game with Limited Moves, to earn more gold. Therein lies the highlight that with the help of this application a player can practice his mental abilities, he will have to look for ways out of various situations, to make unusual decisions. Occasionally you will receive Jokers on the board which can be used as the card of your choice, but you can't purchase Jokers. Some cards have numbers on them requiring you to make matches of that card multiple times. The music is not terrible either, but it can get on your nerves after a while. You built a town while fighting the bad guys and accumulating points to build the next building.

  1. Good luck! If you have a fast internet, this will pass by in a blur. I also love earning achievements to satisfy my personal challenges. If you reach the minimum number of cards needed to obtain the goal, you will earn 1 Star. I don't like to judge a book by it's cover or a game by it's reviews , but my goodness!

  4. Sometimes someone new comes to town and you need to help them retrieve a lost item, which you do during the solitaire part. Was too slow and choppy. Shannon and Red Wolf wandered the Wild West until they stumbled upon one deserted town. The storyline was interesting. I played for about 20 minutes and got bored.

Love solitaire but found this game a tad annoying especially the music which of course you can mute, was choppy and uneven moving around, had to keep hitting next button several times to get to the next level, got especially annoyed having to get hatchet cards to chop wood off certain cards and cartoonish graphics. Ended with lots of money and nothing to spend on. A combo starts usually when you placed 6 cards on the deck, one after the other. Game play has no challenge whatsoever and tends to become somewhat of a bore even with the match 3 thrown in. NOTE: This is a downloader for the game.

  6. I love rebuilding and solitaire, so this game was a good choice for me. Her immigrant parents never fulfilled their dreams of living out west, so Shannon hit the trail and left her Louisiana childhood home behind. They could have come up with something better there. But if you're stuck with a slow loading speed, you'll probably enjoy the distraction. You can play an easy match-3 game for extra gold to buy power-ups and buildings.

  8. The bits about history were on and gone in a blink. There is a story, which is cute--it's all written dialogue, no voiceovers. What lost it for me was the choppiness moving from scene to scene. Love solitaire games but found this one extremely irritating.
