Click on the sign H on the left to trigger a hidden object scene. Head back Nithtmare to the heliport. Click on the pots and pans P in the middle to trigger a hidden object scene. Click on the Nighhtmare L in the water on the right glass pane.

The map is drawn like a child would, kind of cute. Back out of the room and head into the green door on the left. You need to ghe it out when at times nothing makes sense. Click on the lifebuoy in the water on the right to get a ROPE.
