If you are a HOS lover, and love a challange this is the game for you. It's good for teens as well as adults as there is nothing really gross in the game. A real keeper! Usually I can finish this type of game in one sitting but this one really makes you work for each level. Rated 5 out of 5 by Gameritis50 from Review of a finished game Perfect game for a beginner as well as the advanced player. However - and I never thought I'd ever say this about a game - I thought it was actually too long. If you find the small hidden ferry, she will find 1 object for you. To the developers, good work! Really, it is just a junk pile hog. The HOS are not easy. I love to fix up buildings in the scenes and I buy all games I have to do that. In the magic-filled Hidden Object game Chronicles of Albian - The Magic Convention your your mission is to search Albian Castle for treasures to help pay for all the necessary repairs and upgrades to be done.

Chronicles of Albian: The Magic Convention des hommes remarquables

The puzzles are varied, fun and challenging! Highly recomend! Loading time is fast, the music adds to the ambiance of the game. Really, it is just a junk pile hog. The items Viking Saga: Epic Adventure very tiny and well hidden. The graphics are gorgeous and I will probably buy this game for the 20 wallpapers promised. The story is cute, but not intrusive, so you are never more than a few clicks away from the next hidden object scene. It has been a long time since I played a straight hidden object game, and I Sparkle 2 realize how much i had missed it. Quite a few of the things you are looking for are impossible to find, ie: black notes on a black beam. It was also a nice touch to restore the old castle. There are mini games and they are for the most part enjoyable, but it is mostly going from one room to another to find more and more hidden objects. Solve more than 80 puzzles as you adventure through the beautiful castle of Albian, seek and find thousands of unique objects, enjoy a breathtaking instrumental soundtrack and choose from a myriad of medieval castle upgrades to create your very own new style. It's kid friendly but I'm not so sure kids will have Farm Girl at the Nile patience to sit through more than a few screens at a time.

Also the HO scenes were a type that I particularly dislike, 'junkyards' crammed full of irrelevant and out-of-context items, really spoils the feel of the game for me. As I said though, if you are a hardcore HO fan, you will want to keep going. The game also helped you locate an object by now and then making an object brighter. The other commentor was right, some clicks just wouldn't select the item. In building you are given options in styles and to even go back and change. There are also gems which give more money for fixing up the castle , wands which give you more hints , and fairies who uncover items for you hidden in each scene. If you are a HOS lover, and love a challange this is the game for you. There are mini games and they are for the most part enjoyable, but it is mostly going from one room to another to find more and more hidden objects. It has most of the likeable touches - good artwork and graphics, a sense of humour, and a particularly fine variety of interspersed puzzles. However - and I never thought I'd ever say this about a game - I thought it was actually too long. It has been a long time since I had to work so hard to find the items on my list- not because they are small or hard to make out, but because the placement was very clever. It's hard to come up with an entirely original HOG. The graphics are nice, and the characters sometimes funny, so there are things to enjoy for others. Similar Games. To the developers, good work!

I got 2 fairies, only by accident. The stars which give you an extra hint were difficult to find and once you've Space Mahjong up your hints only given 3 to begin withyou Mystery P.I.: The Vegas Heist find another star or that darn fairy that was almost impossible to Mgic. They point to a hidden fairy for help. Hint: be careful in making friends! Finding objects is challenging but if you find the Fairy she will help Albjan: locate one in the list.

It makes it very pleasant to take time for yourself, with a fun game, pleasant music, and nice bright, colourful scenes. So it's all there, really. Me, not so much. I couldn't even see that, just kept clicking all over the area until I found it. It's your regular HOG game with no interaction at all. The story is fun and you're in a castle! The castle becomes gorgeous when you finish it. In building you are given options in styles and to even go back and change. This year the convention will take place at the beautiful Albian Castle, home of Gwendolyn the Fairy Godmother. If you are not sure, click on it anyway, instead of passing them by. Lately all the HOGs are so dark, vampires, death, ills, too much blood, murders and dark scenes. The artwork was quite nice and fit to the story.

  1. The game is just tedious. This could have been a great game with less HO repetition and more interest-building plot, mini-games and applications where you could think about what you needed to do next. The other commentor was right, some clicks just wouldn't select the item. I've been very generous in giving it as much as 2 stars, this was only because I didn't actually abandon it before the end of the demo time, so it must at least have earned that much! Some of the hidden objects, however, are tiny and even with my big, wide monitor I had a difficult time finding stuff.

  2. Date published: Great graphics with both audio and script narratives; excellent tutorial; wide variety of screens rooms ; the upgrading of the castle is an excellent feature! Great graphics though. Really, it is just a junk pile hog. Solve more than 80 unique puzzles throughout your adventure.

  3. Quite a few of the things you are looking for are impossible to find, ie: black notes on a black beam. The castle becomes gorgeous when you finish it. Any time I can't find an item on the list I search for one of those, and by the time I've grabbed a few jewels or picked up a new wand, suddenly my fresh perspective uncovers the item I was having trouble with. However - and I never thought I'd ever say this about a game - I thought it was actually too long. A good game for first timers and kids though the kids may need help with some of the mini games or finding things as they may not know what the object is.

  4. It makes it very pleasant to take time for yourself, with a fun game, pleasant music, and nice bright, colourful scenes. Great graphics though. Loading time is fast, the music adds to the ambiance of the game. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by Ruckus from Challenging

  5. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by jil1 from Gorgeous HOG Some items are very hard to find, but, it is a beautiful game, in spite of the hints you have to use. But storyline makes it fun to play. It's your regular HOG game with no interaction at all.

  6. Quite a few of the things you are looking for are impossible to find, ie: black notes on a black beam. No sense of adventure of all. I want more like this one. The puzzles are varied, fun and challenging! Me, not so much.

  7. The items are small as compared to todays HO. It kept me playing longer than I would have for most Hidden Object games. For players who love pure HOG game, this one's for you. So it's all there, really.

  8. As one reviewer states "great art work". Hints can be used and you replenish hints by locating a wand. Any time I can't find an item on the list I search for one of those, and by the time I've grabbed a few jewels or picked up a new wand, suddenly my fresh perspective uncovers the item I was having trouble with.

  9. It is fun refurbishing the castle but one would have thought that with a topic of magic convention there would have been some magic involved. I found it very entertaining. The rooms are a huge mass of stuff, so very cluttered.

  10. It's kid friendly but I'm not so sure kids will have the patience to sit through more than a few screens at a time. Great graphics though. As for me, watch me yawn. I like that it replays rooms up to a certain point, then new rooms are unlocked.

  11. Usually I can finish this type of game in one sitting but this one really makes you work for each level. It's like they used old HO objects and transposed them into another game, then gave it a gimmicky name to attract players. Highly recomend! Love the ability to buy upgrading of castle, original concept and provides motivation to complete.
