Can't make a move? But if you want mahjong and nothing else, then do give it a try! But if you're starved for mahjong or want to try it for the first time, give this game a go. The tiles are none that I've ever seen before. This game hasn't disappointed me. So, I ultimately turned everything down. Unlike most other Mahjong games you have played, 2D Mahjong Temple actually comes with a nice story of a girl who loses her bunny during the morning prayers and you have to help her get him back. Although the graphics are large and clear and the music is relaxing, the play is straightforward, non-rewarding no ranks or trophies and the very minor story seems to have no relation to the game. Good graphics. Liked the fact that there wasn't any hints but would have loved to see a better selection of levels of challenge not the 2 levels here. I guess I took too many moves or too long to play the level? There is NO tutorial so I wouldn't recommend this for people who have never played this genre of game before. There IS a storyline If you like to sit back and play Mahjong to relax, then this is a great game. Date published:

You are allowed one undo per level, and 2D Mahjong Temple is an icon that has two arrows facing opposite directions, because there was no tutorial to explain this feature, I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that it reshuffles the tiles on the board, but it could just as easily have something to do with the starving rabbit. Which is not necessarily a bad thing, because sometimes I just want to play my Mahjong game without thinking of achievements, bombs and bonuses or other crazy stuff. I love it when developers do their best to add a personal touch and some extra flavor to a game and fortunately this is the case of 2D Mahjong Temple — a game available for download on Big Fish Games.
