For years, Ara has trained to become a master blacksmith like her father. However, their peaceful lives come to an end when the vicious dragon Eondrir awakens and lays waste to their village. With his dying breath, Ara’s father instructs her to find his old friend and forge the legendary weapon that can defeat Eondrir. And so, Ara sets out to avenge her village. Will Ara be able to forge the legendary weapon and defeat Eondrir before the dragon destroys them all?
You must make matches over all of the Gold Cells, and make the required number of matches of each Element shown at the top of the screen. Graphics were blah, dialogue rather moronic, little village kid unnecessary and the gems just melted into the framework making it difficult to make them out, not to mention pretty much the same music as the previous no-so-Enthralling games. The Mana Meter is refilled by making any Match, but larger matches will fill the meter more quickly. That material comes from the matches you make on the board. You have a goal in each level. The levels Mahjongg Artifacts nicely with slightly more challenge with each one. There are the usual obstructions of jewel tiles that require two matches over them, chained and double chained elements that require one or two matches of whichever element is chained, and there's even pesky spiders that will spin webs over the tiles if they aren't destroyed by a match under them. As of half way thru the demo: Love the music and the fact that a Match 3 has a real story. You are working Love Chronicles: The Spell Alice the Witch a very nice young lady and the poor halfling, Ebbo, to restore Ebbo's village after a very nasty war. Story is blah, the levels are too easy and the effects for making big matches aren't any fun. Some levels require you to collect Treasure Chests by dropping them off of the board as you make matches under them as well. Date published: Almost impossible to distinguish what squares are needed to be collected to finish the level. With a heavy heart, Ebbo decided to take another stroll, and this time he met a sorceress named Alice, who agreed to help him rebuild his village, and his reputation, one Match at a time. You can earn up to 3 Stars per level, which is a The Enthralling Realms: The Blacksmiths Revenge more difficult than you'd think, to earn all three, enjoy! That's a must for me in an M3. There is a story line and characters who appear. There is a decent enough story, a bit more Rainforest Solitaire 2 than the usual M3 of this type has.
Elements inside of bubbles, morph I think they appear when you make large matches, but I'm not positive you can wait until the desired element appears inside the bubble, and pop it to help set up matches. I really need go no further "badgerfann" says and feels how I also felt about this game and I take my hat off to this player, as I didn't get that far - Oh well back to playing what I was playing before trying this game and I am sorry but this one is not a buy for me. The Lightning Crystal clears an entire Horizontal Line including gold tiles or chains. There are Four different types of Power-ups available, and each one requires a Mana Meter refill after each use. I had fun playing the demo and really appreciate having the choice to play relaxed or timed with NO move limit! This is a Swap type of Match 3 game, where you swap tiles to make Matches of at least 3 identical elements. No timed mode, no limited moves, no challenge. Once again, a pop-up window appears before the game begins warning you that you may have to play the game in Windowed Mode if you are playing on Windows 10, however, I didn't select the windowed option and I didn't have any issues whatsoever, but then again, I didn't have any issues with the last game. The play seemed a bit slow, but power-ups are more powerful than in some games, so those balance out. Eventually the artifact was destroyed, but so was the Halflings village, and they blamed Ebbo for everything! There are awards and challenges. The artifact was rumored to give its owner great powers, but little did he know, the artifact would cause him so much grief!
It's a good Enthrallinh 3 game, especially if you haven't played other e-FunSoft M3 games, but from what I can The Enthralling Realms: The Blacksmiths Revenge, there's only one mode of difficulty. The Th destroys a single element or chain of your choice. I'm definitely going to purchase this game and hope I continue to have fun playing it to the end - and then again in timed mode. The Hammer destroys a single element or chain, the Explosion Spell has a four element range of destruction, and the Magic Romancing the Seven Wonders: Great Pyramids will destroy all elements of one chosen type. Blacksmith's Revenge is a really good Chicken Chase 3 game with interesting board layouts that present a good challenge, and I did enjoy playing the demo, but there's a good reason I deducted a star from my rating. Some match 3 screens have me tearing my hair out but otherwise having a great time playing this. The board is so dark and busy that it is very tough to differentiate between jewels. Choice Again! It's very similar to above with board layout and challenges but this time having to rebuild a village destroyed by of course an evil whatsis! The spiders can be defeated by making a match below them so they fall off the board. There is a decent enough story, a bit more detailed than the usual M3 of this type has. Abhor, detest, loathe--I can't tell you how much I hate all the spiders, especially in the scenes between and behind the matching levels.
