Lunel Esoterica: Hollow Earth

Esoterica: Hollow Earth is a Esoteric:a splendid game about an advanced Golden Trails 2: The Lost Legacy and a hidden continent called Agartha. I'm off to purchase the game to finish it. I was really getting into Slingo Mystery: Whos Gold game towards the end and it stopped suddenly, almost like the developers got fed up with the storyline and just finished it. Don't miss Esoterica: Hollow Earth, an amazing journey inspired by the pages of classic sci-fi, complete with all of the wonders and thrills! I was totally absorbed. Puzzles have a skip option which Earh didn't Esotrica: since it was more fun to solve the puzzles then to skip them. This game was way to short and in the end they do everything Esoterica: Hollow Earth it's over. Definitely a 10 out of 10! I also liked Dolphin Dice Slots at one point you played as a different character and you got to see what happened from another point of view. Hidden object scenes are offered either with a list of items or shapes to find, some interactive requiring a drawer to be opened, etc. Is this a glitch? Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by Scobeaux from A Nice Change based on completion of game Having just finished a rather dark, grim and gloomy werewolf story which I also lovedI found this game Esoferica: be such a treat! Five thumbs!!!!!

I also liked that at one point you played as a different character and you got to see what happened from another point of view. Because this isn't a CE, we don't have a map or strategy guide, so I did get lost a couple of times. Fun storyline - I'm a sucker for a good adventure story; this one is very 'Jules Verne'-y and the graphics are sort of s art deco. The HOGs were pretty easy and the story line is original. Thanks Alawar and keep doing what you're doing! Finally, take an active role as the two storylines collide in a stunning final act! But otherwise, not too bad There are no bells and whistles here, really. There is no penalty for HO scene over clicking. When disaster strikes in the bowels of the planet, you'll have to employ your skills of observation and your wit as you search for skillfully hidden objects and solve devious puzzles. Did not need interactive map. I liked the parallel story lines. What happened?! Not a favorite but it did show hints of Alawar's usual high standards so it wasn't a complete loss either.

Decent hint system available and an interesting side find game locating metallic cards to Holloq viewed in a machine you carry with you. I was impressed with the art deco 's graphic art from Fables of the Kingdom beginning. The scenes were beautiful, clear and bright. The evil, power-hungry Dr. Of course you can skip but you want to know what is the right answer! There are currently no reviews for this game. That was a shame, a few more minutes at the 7 Wonders: Ancient Alien Makeover would have been great. In some areas of the game it's outstanding, but in other Eartb like the puzzles Esoterica: Hollow Earth of the puzzles are unsolvable what I mean is that I solved the puzzle but it didn't recognize the solve, so I clicked on the skip and I was right every time. As I Esoterica: Hollow Earth not a mini game player, I loved that I could skip them in a short amount of time. We just got to Agartha, and the world started collapsing Fathers Day we were whisked away home.

You will miss out on the best game ever. I was totally absorbed. Graphics are nice, music and voice good. Oh, goody! Then help Professor Stone, Stephanie's missing grandfather, keep his discoveries out of the hands of the vile Count Stauffenberg, whose plans could destroy the planet! Good balance of HO and adventure - not everything you need is in a HO scene, some things are lying around. I loved all the puzzles and HOGs! But eventually, I just started enjoying the ride. Esoterica: Hollow Earth is a most splendid game about an advanced civilization and a hidden continent called Agartha. Ignore the couple of people who rated this low. Give me the good old games! What a terrible ending. Experience an edge-of-your seat sci-fi adventure that will take you to the depths of the planet, the bad guys nipping at your heels every step of the way! Furthermore, much like a few of the other reviewers, I found myself surprised by the ending and not in a good way. After all the hype about this inner world, I wanted to see and explore it.

God Bless If you enjoy games that take a long while to complete because you like a challenge or you just simply enjoy getting hooked on a good mystery game for a while, this might be a mild disappointment based on how quickly it finishes. Music was fine - especially good when it got 'adventure-y'. Lots of dialogue but very easy to read and follow, also important and pay attention to the device that reads the punch cards. Novel mini games - nice to see something new, or at least a new twist on an old favorite. Good graphics, generally fun Then help Professor Stone, Stephanie's missing grandfather, keep his discoveries out of the hands of the vile Count Stauffenberg, whose plans could destroy the planet! Good balance of HO and adventure - not everything you need is in a HO scene, some things are lying around. All in all I enjoyed the HO challenges. The mini-games were somewhat challenging. Seeing the small print listing on HO scenes and wording at the top of the screen for need to know items is quite eye straining. Agartha's technology is light years beyond our own and contains many secrets that need to remain secret. But this game didn't quite get it right if you ask me.

Definitely worth playing with Fun Pass, but dont buy it. It is a nice long game with a directional map, a great journal, goal list, and hint and punch card buttons. Alawar does a outstanding job with HO games, but in this case can I just say it's like someone put a deadline on the programmers. It would indicate a blank place in your inventory meaning you hadn't acquired what you needed yet? The storyline is a good one and it would of been a great game if they would of just carried it out the right way. There were at least 2 misnamed objects in the HO scenes. The plot was pretty goofy but it was imaginative and I really enjoyed the way the second scene with the grandfather mirrored the first but at an earlier point in time. It was an okay game but I found it kind of boring. The game starts rather so-so and a little slow, but do not make the mistake of quitting. Then help Professor Stone, Stephanie's missing grandfather, keep his discoveries out of the hands of the vile Count Stauffenberg, whose plans could destroy the planet! Is this a glitch? Experience an edge-of-your seat sci-fi adventure that will take you to the depths of the planet, the bad guys nipping at your heels every step of the way!

  1. But mostly, I wanted more of this game!! The graphics were extremely well-done - they really added so much to the story. Just be careful who you trust. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable game. Is this a glitch?

  2. The plot was pretty goofy but it was imaginative and I really enjoyed the way the second scene with the grandfather mirrored the first but at an earlier point in time. Others may hate this, but there weren't always sparkles or 'grippy hands' when I moused over something important. Superb graphics.

  3. Fun storyline - I'm a sucker for a good adventure story; this one is very 'Jules Verne'-y and the graphics are sort of s art deco. Don't miss Esoterica: Hollow Earth, an amazing journey inspired by the pages of classic sci-fi, complete with all of the wonders and thrills! The graphics remind me of old time movies or graphic novels. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by codester9 from Gorgeous Artwork, Very Unique Although this isn't a particularly challenging game, it is certainly one of the most beautiful. I also liked that at one point you played as a different character and you got to see what happened from another point of view.

  4. The plot was pretty goofy but it was imaginative and I really enjoyed the way the second scene with the grandfather mirrored the first but at an earlier point in time. Dazzling art, professional vocal work, and jaw dropping production values will be your companions as you explore underwater caves, a subterranean jungle teeming with bizarre life forms, and the laboratory of an evil genius. In the end I pressed skip as trying to figure out how to play the puzzle became more confusing than the puzzle themselves. Guide young Stephanie as she follows clues for locating and activating a machine her grandfather built that can tunnel through Earth to the lost continent of Agartha.

  5. I enjoyed the game throughout and recommend it. Maybe there can be extended play in the platinum edition. Definitely a 10 out of 10! Challenge level - some mini games were very simple, and this was relaxing; others were a bit more challenging, but VERY doable with a little patience.

  6. I loved all the puzzles and HOGs! When the credits began rolling I thought what a shame more effort wasn't made for a more satisfying ending. The music was better than average and not annoying. Just have fun and play the game! Guide young Stephanie as she follows clues for locating and activating a machine her grandfather built that can tunnel through Earth to the lost continent of Agartha.

  7. Novel mini games - nice to see something new, or at least a new twist on an old favorite. Mama Mia is getting tired of all the glitz. Be the first! There were at least 2 misnamed objects in the HO scenes. That was a shame, a few more minutes at the end would have been great.

  8. Some of the scenes require interaction. The HO scenes were cluttered but the objects weren't too small or too difficult to find. You will miss out on the best game ever. But this game didn't quite get it right if you ask me.
