Big Fish Games Studios summons you back to the deep mystery and magic of Azada. Too afraid to enter the library, young Titus calls upon your courage and superior puzzle-solving skills to disarm the magical menace. Luckily, Titus has given you a magic medallion to call upon him when in need. Enter the lives of storybook characters in more than 20 magic puzzle books. Meet famous legends like King Arthur, Rapunzel, Henry Jekyll, Buffalo Bill, and many more. Can you unveil the dark hidden secret in Azada: Ancient Magic?

Not only did I finish both games, but my year-old daughter and I had a blast seeing which one of us would reach the end first! This second installment is better than the first, yet still highly unique and challenging without crossing the line into frustrating. The first hint costs you 3 minutes of your time, the second 4 minutes and so on Double clicking an item will bring it into the inventory, single click the item to keep it on your cursor. Also, if you completed the first Azada, you could unlock another book using the magic words given at the game end. The fuse puzzle for the machine upstairs You have to put the fuses into the empty spaces so that all lights turn green Every empty or filled space will change the lights - so look at them carefully to find out, what happens The solution is random, so just use trial and error 2 - The Ghost The room The goal is to make the room look like it does in the picture the ghost shows you. It opens and you can take out the ladder Now go back to Rapunzel's Tower Rapuzel's Tower Use the two ladders you found to get to Rapunzel Click Rapunzel and give her the card from your inventory The Machine After solving a few books, you will be asked to go upstairs. When you click it, you will get a puzzle. You can click it to see what's inside When you find something of interest, your cursor will start to sparkle. The puzzles are challenging and require skill and patience, probably not for beginners. Click the red one Go back to Colin's room Colin's room Give the apple to Colin and he will go Click on the cloth above the fireplace and a portrait will appear Click the portrait and a card will fall on the fireplace.

Both items go automatically into your inventory Go two pages further to the right with the red arrow - button The Laddermaker's House Pick up the burning candle on the right side of the book Go back one page to the Pig's house The Pigs House Click on the arrow above the left window, the wall will come down and you can look inside the house Go to inventory and place the wood into the fireplace Now light the wood with the candle. You need to click on the portrait of Titus and enter the letters to form the words. Minigames can be skipped, but this will cost you 5 minutes time from your next book When you run out of time, you will have to play the whole book again By solving books you will earn magical orbs - with them you can skip the mini games. The books in this walkthrough may be in a different order than you choose to solve them. I was thrilled to find puzzles that were intellectually stimulating versus mindlessly clicking my way through. The graphics were great and the puzzles and items used in the adventure were not all challenging, but some made you think. They were of above average difficulty, though I never found myself stuck or frustrated. These Azada games just get better and better. Plus, you get a lot of them, so there's good bang for your buck. Just be aware, that some things might not work untill you complete tasks on other pages. Most of them take under ten minutes, so there's the excitement of constantly starting fresh. First find all symbols by draging the colored lenses of the cards and click at the blinking symbols Now you have to arrange the symbols, as the clues tell you to do The puzzles are random, so there is no set solution to each one. To do this just click on them. Personally I liked timed mode because you get a time penalty for using objects in the wrong places, which I feel is a reward for thinking and not just randomly using items everywhere. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by marg from Great game This was my second Azada, it was challenging more so than the first one, still I like the first one best, the graphics were good, the story also was good, been the second on the series I had to have it and I was not disappointed.
