It's a fun combination of a Cubis Kingdoms shooter and a match 3 rolled into one - definitely a unique approach to the match Laruaville 8 genre. I don't know why the developers changed, but they have successfully combined some new features, without ditching the standard favorites. Gargoyles have ravaged the kingdom, and its up to you to restore it to its former glory, region by region. Cute, fun, addictive and challenging. Try it now and restore the Kingdom to its resplendent glory. Once you have met the level goals, Insider Tales: Vanished in Rome can continue to make matches to clear the entire board, if you have enough moves remaining to do so. The colors and shapes of the cubes are less pleasing than in Cubis Gold. I find the puzzles challenging, i love the aesthetics of the game, the little world that is built as you travel through Leahs Tale realm, I enjoy the haunting melody, the graphics If those two elements had Cubis Kingdoms present, I would have declared it to be the perfect match 3 game. IT IS! Along the way, meet your cute and helpful allies who aid your progress with exciting, new, power-ups. No problem! Please do another like this!!!! I think this game only whet my appetite and I may go back and re-play the older versions. I definitely recommend it. Arrived at level 20 and it seems they are all alike. Cells that are highlighted, indicate that a new cube will appear there on the next turn, which can cause the cubes to stack upon one another if a cube lands on the highlighted cell without making a match. I got through all but a dozen levels on the first try and finished the whole game in just a few hours. To release the curse trapped within the Phoenix Totem, you will need to use the Elixir on the totem, which lifts the Dark Fog, and frees the animals and plants in that area of the map, and you can slightly interact with some of those animals too. Hitting a single cube will move it one space in its row or column; double or more cubes together will not move. I was just in the mood for it and couldn't stop playing. This one not so much, especially when I came to the part to hit the sleeping cat. Deleted immediately. If you don't mind paying twice as much just to get a few pictures and 50 more levels, or you just can't wait, gotta have it now, then this is a perfect fit. Cubis Kingdoms Level 1 🎲 - SKILLGAMING ✔️

All in all a good game, but please put in an 'unlimited' option. I might use a game credit to purchase this game, but will not be buying the CE. Ideally, I'd like neither of those restrictions in the game. The only complaints I had were the fact that there was no "untimed" mode and no fullscreen mode. I got through all but a dozen levels on the first try and finished the whole game in just a few hours. With levels, travelling through six, whimsical, regions, the fun can go on for days. I suppose I could play this game with if I had to, but it's not what I was looking for. Do you see a better match with your next cube? Sound exciting? Date published: Rated 3 out of 5 by Symeezcatzlady from Not Just for Kids I really like the Cubis games and found this one to be fun and challenging. It really was that fun of a game. Try to solve these puzzles before you run out of moves.

However, I've only given it 4 stars because I would have liked to have had the option of playing with unlimited moves. This is a Limited Moves type of Match 3 game that you play on a checkerboard, by shooting 3D cubes of 7 different colors, representing the 7 Elements. Love the Cubis adventure! I definitely recommend it. On more than one occasion I have cleared a level only to have it yield 2 stars, and act as it did not finish. I hate hogs yet many love hogs. The graphics and storyline are adorable but there wasn't much of an ending and I can't tell if I really finished it. The puzzles get more challenging as you go up in level but I enjoy the challenge, playing until my fingers bleed just kidding. Even the soundtrack is lovely, which is unusual for a puzzle game. I dislike having a limited number of moves however. I suppose I could play this game with if I had to, but it's not what I was looking for. Do you see a better match with your next cube? There is a CUTE cartoon sequence at the beginning, and I could forgive that, but I liked the original Cubis and Cubis Gold because they were nice quiet games that I could lose myself in.

  1. There are a total of six chapters which include levels. If those two elements had been present, I would have declared it to be the perfect match 3 game. A cube sizzling with lightning will clear all cubes of its color when matched. With levels, travelling through six, whimsical, regions, the fun can go on for days. Have completely backed out of game, shut down bigfish, and in some cases restart computer, only to have it repeat issue on later level.

  2. Sure 50 bonus levels are a plus, but other than Wallpapers, Concept Art, Music, and Avatar pictures, nothing is offered that constitutes paying double the price, so I will wait patiently for the Standard Edition version to be released. Along the way, meet your cute and helpful allies who aid your progress with exciting, new, power-ups. Try it now and restore the Kingdom to its resplendent glory.

Blocking stones can be removed by shooting a phoenix egg power-up along their row or column. It's challenging, but relaxing fun. I love that I have to plan my moves carefully, so I don't get stacks and stacks of cubes filling up the board, until I run out of moves! Some indicator that I finished all the boards with 3 stars would make it more satisfying.

  12. Collect elements. Deleted immediately. Each level must be completed within the allotted moves. The game board is presented in an orthogonal viewpoint, and cubes may be "shot" onto the board from the two nearest sides of the board. Even though I love the game, I don't love it enough to pay the Collector's Edition price.
