I loved the inclusion of all the mechanical helpers and talking animal companions. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by Prayingnanny from Very Challenging Love the game, but I am stuck on the four animal heads in the tavern. What made this game refreshing was the level of challenge. The mini-games were fun, not too hard but not so easy with some of them. After all, how do you follow up perfection? The only real complaint I have is that the puzzles and progression were not very challenging, even on the hardest difficulty. Which head goes where? Very cute and unique. This was an interesting twist and helped carry the story along. She discovers that the handsome prince has been turned into a fearsome yet still very regal beast, and that his soul has been divided into pieces and scattered across the kingdom. This game was truly a delight! The illustrations are beautiful but smaller than the newer games. Finally, the built-in strategy guide will see you through when all else fails, although it works a little differently than most. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by Scottiegirl05 from Great! After all, how do you follow up perfection? I didn't have a problem, though. The music and voice-overs were well done. Good hint system. So glad I got this. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by Majestyx12 from Old fun on Windows 10 I loved this so much I played it for 5 hours straight. I am confused, and when I click on the hint button it doesn't help. The absence of anything else is especially disappointing given how great the game looks and sounds the music is awfully good too , but none of that is given any sort of post-game treatment. I loved that I figured it out. I love everything about this game!

A must have for fairytale fans! Things get even better once the action begins. Great game! Barely Big Win Goldmine hints which was standard in the older games. What made this game refreshing was the level of challenge. Beauty and the Beast is my absolute favorite fairytale so it goes without saying that as soon a fellow fishy on the BFG forums recommended this game to me, I had to try it out! Finally, the Farm Life strategy guide will see you through when all else fails, although it works a little differently than most. In this little fairytale adventure, you play as Belle, who is trying to free Beast from a terrible curse that an Enchantress had put on him. You meet several creatures, such as a leprechaun, a mystical owl, and Pinocchio and the really cute Song of Season tiny Spindle fellow! I know most HOPA's have that, but I felt this game had more items lying around than the average game. I love everything about this game! All in all. The mini-games were fun, not too hard but not so easy with some of them.

There were surprisingly a lot of HOS compared to your average game and though it was straight forward HOS no interactive actions , they were fairly difficult. Only when she undoes the curse and sets him free will she find true love and her happy ending. Great game! Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by Prayingnanny from Very Challenging Love the game, but I am stuck on the four animal heads in the tavern. I am confused, and when I click on the hint button it doesn't help. It starts off impressively right from the opening menu, with support for standard and widescreen monitors as well as a windowed mode, and not just two but three separate difficulty levels, ensuring the game will be accessible for novices and still pleasantly challenging for the old pros. Anyway, try both these games - if you like one, you'll like the other. I usually play on Expert mode and I found myself having to use the Hint button quite a few times. They definitely could've gone a little harder with them but I'm not complaining.
