Fun and suspenseful game. Definitely not a child's game I enjoyed reading about the collectibles, that you get throughout the game. I love this next installment of Grim Facade. The second flaw was with the device for picking up the items from the past. The games were just the right level of challenging for me. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by bayley60 from WOW best game ever! There is a possibility of dying in the game, but don't worry, you have a way to return to life and pick up where you left off. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by karenmusik from Reminds me of why I loved this series. You are the detective called in to pursue a masked avenger. I found this game to be innovative and challenging. Only one item WAS picked up when I found it. Just the way I like them. It says you need to find them and direct the device to pick them up. If your tired of the same old cutesy story lines and the pink and purple colored scenes and are not bothered by game violence, this ones for you!!

But this game was disturbing from the start. The last couple games in this series were so-so but this one goes back to it's roots. I did figure out the identity of the 'villain' early on, but that didn't take away from any of the entertainment value. The price is too high, as always. I uncovered it but couldn't pick it up until I found and pick up the others. Without saying too much, I like the fact that this is not, an everybody survives type of game!!! There are also awards you can earn for completing various parts of the game. When the price comes down to reasonable, I'll buy it. Once I got past the horrible introduction, I liked the concept of the story and graphics are great. I play a lot of these games. Nice voice overs. Great sound, where needed for dramatic purpose. These go into a trophy room that you can access and click on the helmets to learn the history behind them.

The games were just the right level of challenging for me. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by pgobeli from Thoroughly Enjoyed this one This game was just my cup of tea. That should be fixed. It is an exciting and compelling game that you want to keep playing as you search for a kidnapped woman , trying to save her life before the "avenger" kills her. The graphics of the game itself are very crisp. The introduction showed a murder, as well as what I thought was the murder of a child but was possibly a kidnapping. Be very careful in searching each scene for items you can pick up and add to your inventory. This game uses a variety of plot twists to move the story along, including that you must gather coins along the way in order to purchase items from the cart of a shady vendor in the village square. The second flaw was with the device for picking up the items from the past. One was when trying to pick up a metal bird. I rarely write a review and this isn't one, just my own humble opinion. The graphics were good. It is awesome, it is a total surprise as one did not expect this from ERS, it is dark, it has a very interesting story, which keeps you going, it has so different types of HO-scenes, it has - what i do like very very much - this black-and-white intro the way it is painted it just gorgeous , it has perfect voiceover, it has so many interesting things
