The castle calls... Fans of the blockbuster game Midnight Castle will thrill to Elephant Games' prequel! You play as lovable vamp Anabel this time. Your father Henry disappeared years ago, but he's been calling you in your dreams. Travel back to your hometown to save your father and learn the castle's hidden secrets! A batty sidekick, loads of silhouette and listed hidden-object puzzles, morphing objects, and collectibles make this a not-to-be-missed adventure!

Fun game, enjoyable. Midnight Calling Anabel is from one of the top game devs who always brings us wonderful games including the beautiful F2P game Midnight Castle. She also foretold that every decade at the stroke of Midnight, dragons would awaken and spirits would return, and the last living heir would return to fulfil her prophecy! The game offers a choice of four modes of gameplay: Casual, Advanced, Hardcore, and Custom. Here's why: No back button, and there are too many times if you want to inspect something in the bottom of the third of the scene, you go back a scene. When you click on the map icon you will find the tabs for your diary, achievements, collectibles and Leadlight. The CE release of the game includes morphing objects, collectibles creatures, and stained glass pieces to find along with achievements to be earned. Moving colored disks to a matching ring using empty slots to slide the disks into to solve the puzzle. Nice, colorful scenery adds a bright touch. Next up is selecting arrows to rotate circles and swap elements in order to place letters and numbers as shown above the elements.

Storyline works. The Hidden Object Scenes are decent but nothing out of the ordinary such as Silhouetted Shape Agatha Christie: The ABC Murders, finding Matching Pairs of items hidden underneath a few select items and even finding items that relate to the word in Red text as a story is told about the prophecy of Midnight Castle. I intend to play this game a second time, just for fun! Our little bat friend helps us out once in a while but he is not intrusive or obnoxious. On the upside, it's a nice storyline and there are quite a lot of Arvale: Treasure of Memories in the minigames and HOPs. There is an interactive transporter type map Midnight Calling: Anabel you find at Crazy Heights beginning of the game when you pack your bag to leave. Even though the game was an instant buy for me, as always, I recommend that you try the demo to see if this is a game you will enjoy. I'll be playing the rest of the series now! Natural progression, well done HOS, and multi level challenges. The settings are customizable, of course, but none of the games were very difficult. A very cute Bat will eventually join you on this journey and help you retrieve items just out of reach. When he pops up in her dreams she is even more convinced, so after a stealthy escape from her boarding school, Anabel heads off to find the fabled Midnight Castle and her missing father. He also imprisoned the friendly family dragon. This is where your journey begins, finding the symbols which hide the devices you need to get to and enter the castle. The story line and tasks were easy to determine, so no diary was necessary. A big plus is also that the characters are very well done! Anabel was apparently a part of some magical world that she was taken from years ago and we get to watch her journey back to save her father. Love the map and journal.

Fantasy type games are generally ones that I love and because of the tie-in to Midnight Castle I knew that Midnight Calling Anabel would be an instant buy for me. He also imprisoned the Amerzone: Part 2 family Vacation Adventures: Park Ranger 4. I'll be playing the rest of the series now! Anabel's father Henry was or is? Your friend, Calum, assists you; you also find an adorable bat who serves as your familiar, fetching high objects.   1. There is an interactive transporter type map that you find at the beginning of the game when you pack your bag to leave. And the puzzles If it were a bit longer, I would have awarded five stars! Now I am one happy gamer because I can finally dip my toes into the whole Midnight Castle theme and who knows what this might lead to in the future.

  2. Henry was suspicious of danger and began hiding everything of importance behind Midnight Castle symbols. I really like this type of game, and this one is very enjoyable!   3. An excellent buy! The settings are customizable, of course, but none of the games were very difficult. There are customizable difficulty buttons on many of the mini games. I do rely heavily on the hints, I'm a really old player but they are clever and well done, and I expect next time I play it, I won't rely on them so much. Next up is selecting arrows to rotate circles and swap elements in order to place letters and numbers as shown above the elements.

After recurring dreams of her father pleading with her to come home, Anabel buys a one way ticket to her home town of Rocksville, and home to the Midnight Castle.
