The good news is that you bounce back and forth, so I can live with that. The storyline does a nice job also. As always, please try the demo because Surface Project Dawn might just be perfect for you. I had lots of fun playing it and had a very enjoyable Saturday. Why does the Military have the entire town of Gray Falls on lock-down? Date published: This is a hidden object game everyone should play. Also, they should have brought in an English native speaker to help them, because the written parts of the game are atrocious; the instructions for the minigames are often incomprehensible, which is yet another reason why I skipped them all. New ground is not broken here yet the manner in which they are presented is different enough to add some new appeal to the process. Like my title said, it's really the same game, just different characters and storyline in "The noise she couldn't make". There was never a moment of boredom playing the game. Seconds later, a crow fly's into the windshield of her motor home which, causes her to veer off course Animal Drop Safari hit a large tree. I am so very sick of insect-ridden, nasty, filthy graphics, which is my biggest complaint about some mystery or horror lite games. More Hops and less puzzles. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by MsV from Great Game Great visual effects and story line - would recommend Date published: Rated ValGor: The Beginning Surface: Project Dawn of 5 by fiewi1 from ghosts or not, here I come!

I heartily appreciate the novelty inherent in the HO segments and the game puzzles. What Jennifer witnesses next, proves she might be more exhausted than she thought, animals by the dozens are evacuating the nearby town! Happy gaming! This is so obscure and wonderful, I can't describe it any better than other rave reviews. The story doesn't get a lot better as you play, you have cliche over cliche with a few minor exceptions which I won't reveal in order not to spoil your experience, the story of the game seems uninspired and It really can't draw you in. The voice overs seems to be recorded by some really bored actors and the soundtrack doesn't excel either. I've been a fan of the Surface: Project Dawn series and really enjoyed the games in the series. So was the hand silhouette to guess the animal. The bonus game was a bit disappointing as far as the plot is concerned but then the main game was, as they say, a hard act to follow. Some of the cutscenes were clear and the colors crisp. There's something weird going on here, and all roads seem to lead to the Research Institute, and the unethical experiments they conducted on it's citizens, called Project Dawn. There have been a few terrific new games in recent weeks and this Surface is certainly one of them.

Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by wildlifecrusader from Great addition Surface: Project Dawn the series As a Surface junky, I had to have it and I don't regret buying it. This Collector's Edition version Surface: Project Dawn 12 Morphing Collectible Character figurines to collect, which tells you the background story of who they are, but it also fills in the gaps that you otherwise wouldn't have known about. I am simply disappointed in the length of the game and the lack of collectibles from a top-tier developer. This game seemed more geared towards the beginner player, as it was on the easy side. This is a game I can wholeheartedly endorse. As always, try the demo first. It soon becomes abundantly clear that Gray Falls has been evacuated since ! The remaining extras are always found in CEs such as a bonus game, strategy guide, etc. I was a tad bit disappointed when the game took a drastic turn, and I entered the "nightmare" world. The music is invigorating, the gameplay is challenging, and the visuals hit the mark. If your a stickler for realism you won't like this one. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by Majestyx12 from Don't worry that Scary Clown is short lived I think this game is well done. Thought the detours into nightmares were pretty cool, and the different locations were interesting, Book of Legends. There's something weird going on here, and all roads seem to lead to the Research Institute, and the unethical experiments they conducted on it's citizens, called Project Dawn. When I first played the The Three Musketeers: Miladys Vengeance demo, I was disappointed with the fact that the story line sidelined to a nightmare realm, but most of the game takes place within the town, and you only visit the nightmares of a few people, to help them move on.

There have been a few terrific new games in recent weeks and this Surface is certainly one of them. This nightmare takes you all over with twist and turns that will keep you glued. On top of that, the dynamite lit itself, which was quite unusual. As a former art teacher, I really liked the look of the scenes--colorful and clear. This is so obscure and wonderful, I can't describe it any better than other rave reviews. Why does the Military have the entire town of Gray Falls on lock-down? I feel like Elephant was half-asleep when they made this game, because it makes no sense to me except when I'm having a bad bout of insomnia. Animation is excellent, movement are very smooth. I liked a few puzzles. I would rather have stayed right where I was, searching for Maya in an abandoned town, because the atmosphere is so cool, and there are too many games with a dreamscape theme. The mini-games are also spot on. There was lots of imagination used for this game. What begins with the abduction of your daughter Maya after Jennifer Palmer wrecks her RV on the way home soon turns into an adventure you will never forget.

Replay 15 Hops and 11 puzzles. I think all levels of players will find this one fun for one reason or another. That bother me a little because I couldn't enjoy in other game like it's not new gaming experience, but I love both titles Who is this mysterious Darren Soul? This Elephant game was challenging for me but you have to play this to experience it. I like that there are puzzles where one actually has to think about what to do in order to solve most of the puzzles. My favorite Mini Game was navigating through a maze finding items and solving puzzles to get me through it, I actually had to use my noggin for it! The bonus game was a bit disappointing as far as the plot is concerned but then the main game was, as they say, a hard act to follow. I don't know how in the world they conceived this one! There was never a moment of boredom playing the game. Very different elephant games are the best. All your tools are used in a logical manner. I usually skip puzzles because I can be bothered with doing a random intelligence test in the middle of a game and I just want to get on but some of these puzzles were refreshingly different. Newer gamers will most likely love the game because it still is terrific as far as the game itself. As a former art teacher, I really liked the look of the scenes--colorful and clear.

  1. No click-mashing here. There are also morphing statuettes to be found in some scenes BUT I really think that this developer rather skirted their way around the extra content by including a rather short list of items. Animation is excellent, movement are very smooth. This Elephant game was challenging for me but you have to play this to experience it.

  2. It's Hops related. The mini-games are also spot on. The Collector's Edition version has 12 Morphing Collectible Character figurines to collect, which tells you the background story of who they are, but it also fills in the gaps that you otherwise wouldn't have known about. Each Scene also has the famous Surface Flowers to collect, some of which are located within zoom zones on various notes you come across, and some of them are very well hidden. It's been a long time since I've enjoyed a game this much from beginning to end!

  3. Fans and newcomers to the Surface series will have a hard time turning the game off. Rated 5 out of 5 by robotics1 from Best game yet I've always thought the story line in a HOS was just something to hang the puzzles and HOSs on but the story line in this was really good. The Strategy Guide only includes about 43 pages with 3 pages listing the collectibles so it is probably a very short game as well. It has a pretty good flow.

  4. Like my title said, it's really the same game, just different characters and storyline in "The noise she couldn't make". Also, developers are now offering a custom mode of gameplay and this one will allow you to set your hint and skip times to your preference. I know there are more than 13 Hops in the main game and 4 in the bonus chapter. While it is always hard to innovate the standard HOG formula, Surface 11 does a good job of keeping things interesting. My detail awards go to Charley the Robo-Dog, the black kitten and the fire hyenas.

  5. Replay 15 Hops and 11 puzzles. Rated 5 out of 5 by robotics1 from Best game yet I've always thought the story line in a HOS was just something to hang the puzzles and HOSs on but the story line in this was really good. Those, at least, are a well done aspect of this game. My favorite hops was a tattooed mannequin with ten arms, make sure you scroll right with the mannequin The computer screen that you flip through 3 screens to find what's on your list and the Boulder.
