The cold has come to the Lost Lands in the middle of the summer. Folk are hiding inside, trying to warm their homes while the deep freeze threatens their lives. The elders say that the spirit of the Frozen Mountains has awoken, but they were mistaken. The real cause lies deep in the ancient history of the Lost Lands, when the world was young. Join Susan on her quest to find the source of the sudden winter and help her bring warmth back to the Lost Lands.

I especially enjoyed the little goblin guy, who reminded me of Dobby from Harry Potter. Like a little RPG and you got a few companions along the way. I can not think of anything to add because it really is one excellent game in every area. This is where my one complaint about this game comes in. We were sucked right into the story by the captivating opening sequence and the familiar faces of the beloved characters. You must find one thing and use it to progress to the next thing. Sound is very good and the music is orchestral. There are a huge variety of mini-games to play - some of which are very challenging. The hidden object scenes and the puzzles are also reasonably creative and definitely very entertaining. I love love love this series and hope it continues for some time. The graphics are spectacular - colourful, well defined and perfect on the eyes. Okay, there is quite some going back and fro, and not always in a logical manner like when you've done much effort to get a train going to reach another area, and then have to go back to pick up one single item and then go back again. Cudos to the developer for continuing the excellence in this game. The graphics are beautiful: all these worlds, with snow or gloomy trees. Have fun! It was action-packed and different. I loved everything about the game and hope the company keeps making more like this! I never pay much attention to the sound, so it must not have been bad, since I didn't even notice it.

Really enjoyed this one. The story drew me in right away and what helped to make it this Vagrant Hearts was the fantastic graphics. The story is pretty interesting even though that's never a deal breaker for me. As for the game play, it has 4 settings, including custom. Overall, a fabulous game to play and I really enjoyed it. Perhaps this was a glitch in my game but it happened more than once.

  4. Never before in a HOPA game have we seen characters so lifelike and visual effects so wonderfully polished. The one-hour bonus chapter adds another layer of storyline to the four-hour main game. Other features include a strategy guide, wallpapers, concept art, videos, soundtracks, replayable puzzles, five bonus puzzles, achievements, several sets of collectibles, and morphing objects.
