Grab the connectors and place them on the right connect rings on the switchboard. If you have nowhere to place them move some pieces around to an empty space. I loved it all! Each time you click on one of the air bubbles Steve will appear and ask you for a particular fuse. My grandchildren and I enjoy playing this easy paced search and puzzle game. The graphics are really cute and the story funny. If you need to read the instructions over you can click on the Help button in the top right side. To track down the slippery culprit, Steve will have to search high and low throughout the city, searching several different locations for clues. But if a HOG is not challenging, it spoils my fun and there is no point to even playing. For a town populated by sea creatures, Neptuneville is overrun with gloves, and the citizens seem to be more than a little obsessed with bells, axes, and irons. It is below the blue hanging picture.

  1. He might find the game by unlocking a bubble spot or by finding pieces of it scattered across the room. If you want to relax and play without too much difficulty, I highly recommend this game. Looking forward to Steve the Sheriff 3 if it's like this! To put out a fire, he may think of a fire extinguisher; to clear up some trash, he might imagine a dustpan and broom.

  2. There is only 1 cigar per scene and several cigars in a given location. Grab the awl in the lower left and give it to Steve. Once the valve has been fixed, pick up the yellow sponge that falls on the floor. To use a hint, click on the cigar in the lower left corner.

  5. The game will show you the location of a random item on your list. Have Fun. Cigar 5: Security Office, lower right, on the second shelf from the bottom. Steve the Sheriff 2: The Case of the Missing Thing is a very relaxed game, with no timer to race and not much challenge to the searches. Cigar 3: Police Station, study, on the desk.

  8. Very easy. Steve will also usually have to play a mini-game or two in order to clear a room. You cannot rotate the pieces in this puzzle.

  12. Click on the door after all the geometrical shapes have been placed to enter a new scene. Cigar 5: Security Office, lower right, on the second shelf from the bottom. Clicking on one of these bubble spots will bring up a picture of Steve pondering the items he needs to unlock that area. Place your mouse over the air bubbles until you see your cursor turn into a magnifying glass.
