Whispered Secrets: Enfant Terrible

Grandma Studios Limited proudly presents the latest addition to the Whispered Secrets series! When a stranger approaches you with information about an ancient artifact, you find yourself pulled into a strange world of nightmares and dark memories. Can you find a way to defeat the nightmare monster, or will you become its latest victim? Find out in this thrilling hidden-object puzzle adventure!

I don't buy CEs so often because most of the time the extras are predictable, the bonus game is often done hastily - or so it seems, and I don't care for wallpapers and music scores really. There were none for doing inane things, like clicking on an object a hundred times, or failing to use the map for travel which should be considered a crutch, not an achievement. Finding the morphing objects, momentos, and puzzle pieces was challenging, they were not easily seen. This is a great game; I liked everything about it. There are so many scenes to explore, all the different nightmares and traumas to solve, and then the extra morphing objects, puzzle pieces and memorabilia. As for the hidden object scenes, which are plenty, you will be glad to know that they are supremely entertaining even though a few scenes do repeat. The glossy colors, the detailed artwork, the studio-quality cutscenes, the on-point voice-acting, and the suspenseful music — every aspect of the production hits all the right notes! Of course, a part of this needs to be credited to the production team. I gave this game full ratings because it deserves it, no doubt. I too almost didn't check this one out as the "sample" didn't seem any different than many of the games offered recently. For those who are concerned, the game contains one little gimmick — the Magnifier — which is neither annoying nor adds much value to the game.

Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by mseasonm from Glad I Gave It A Chance I passed this game up when it first came out because of the terrible reviews which I don't understand at all. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by Celestien from Long game with so much extras I absolutely loved this game. The main game took us four hours to complete, the bonus chapter added another hour of equally-incredible gameplay, and the hidden chapter comes in the form of a surprisingly enjoyable HOP. Finding the morphing objects, momentos, and puzzle pieces was challenging, they were not easily seen. They enhance the story rather than obstruct it. In this series:. The chemistry of this game was good. They were more entertaining than difficult. The characters were intriguing and developed enough to care about reasonably. It had a really great flow and I was entertained which is what I was looking for. I really liked the HOPs, Whisperes were not just lists but requiring identifying aspects of an object. They seem to have mastered each piece of what makes a game truly satisfying. So many things to do in every scene. I'm glad I decided to give it a try despite those comments. This Sparkle Unleashed a great game; I liked everything about it.
