The legendary hero Hercules and his wife Megara are back, ready to embark on their next adventure! The Gods are outraged at their defeat and have summoned a fearsome beast who can match Hercules's god-like strength. The beast has trampled the countryside, turning lush gardens into desert wastelands! Restore the world's beauty by using everything at your disposal, from Megara's magical abilities to even a fire hydrant! Team up with friendly allies like King Midas and Epeius with his famous Trojan Horse to save Mother Nature from destruction.

The music was a bit There are 3 levels of play so you can choose your challenge or just relax. The Gold at the top of the screen is misleading, you will spend more gold to get to it than you will get as a reward. The graphics and sound, aside from the repetitive clock like music are quite good. The only way to get gold is to trade with King Midas. I like the extra hidden objects, more TM strategy games should have this. Megara is summoned to grow fruit trees and heal trees which transforms a section to a lush oasis. You will need a ton of gold to get through the crystals and leave the area. It can be found in the road, picked from Fruit Trees, grown on Farms, or gathered as a Ham if there is a lion available. Upgrade the Farm to keep a steady food supply. Revive the nearby Fruit Tree. Head north to collect the gold on the hill. Clear the way for Megara to revive the Dried Up Trees. There are also a handful of bonus levels. There is a Gold Mine and an Outpost in the center that will be especially helpful.

The only building you need to upgrade is the Gold Mine. Hercules can get rid of the boulder that is blocking your path. Build up your resource gathering ability before heading toward the final objectives. A year later, Hercules is so sick he can't get out of bed. When your first Workshop and one of your Gold Mines are level three, then go for the big Workshop on the island. The gods are angry with Hercules and wanted to seek revenge, but there was a celebration for him first. Access the Workshop and start collecting wood. Garden by the River You will need wood and gold and food for this part. Make use of every food-course you can find! Use the Gold Mine to save enough gold to remove on of the crystals blocking the path. Wood can be traded to King Midas in exchange for gold, or collected from the Trojan in exchange for food. Upgrade the Farm to keep a steady food supply. Then of course there's Hercules with all his strength, who is tasked with only one job, clear paths of boulders no mere man can budge!

Upgrade the buildings you have. Use the Work Faster button liberally to get top marks. You will need all available gold. The portals are your friends. Have your workers collect supplies and fix the roads as needed. Pool Party There is a Fruit Tree on the far side of the portal. They cost gold to remove, but usually not too much. You can click on several tasks to have the workers complete, a checkmark will appear on the item for every available worker, and flags will queue the rest in numerical order until a worker is free. Resources are used to build or upgrade buildings or to remove obstacles.

In Relaxed and Casual modes, the tasks available are circled in green, yellow indicates you will be able to complete the task once the resources collected are delivered to the base camp, red indicates the item is either blocked or you don't have enough available resources. Otherwise, I was hooked! I bought the game, but am not happy about the price. Other than that, this one is entirely straightforward.

Use the portal and avoid going around the outskirts to save time. Upgrade your Workshops and build everything you can build.

  9. In all the modes, you have "bonuses" in the form of an extra man and extra resources. Start collecting food and clearing roads to access more resources. Then build the Outpost. There is a Gold Mine and an Outpost in the center that will be especially helpful. Each level has a puzzle piece to find which looks like an ancient rune tile, I look for the puzzle piece before clicking on anything which starts the game, that way I don't forget about the puzzle piece or waste time searching for it once the clock starts ticking.

  12. Secret Mirror Watch out for the Evil Twin! It can also be gathered by chopping down dead trees, or created in a Workshop. Upgrade your Farms to make food faster. Build the Lair and then collect gold from the Gold Mine or other sources until you can pay Medusa to destroy the minotaurs.
